Privacy Policy
Revised: October 22, 2026
NoraVera Visuals LTD. operates noravera.com from Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains the information collected through our website and enquiries, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service and project message. We also receive any other information you choose to include in your enquiry or subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for discussing your project.
Our website uses cookies and tracking tools that can collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, IP address, and the website or advertisement that brought you here. Our own attribution cookies record campaign details, a Google advertising click identifier when present, your landing page and referring website. Each cookie is set to expire 90 days after it is created or refreshed. These details are also added to website forms to help us understand where enquiries come from.
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your project and prepare relevant proposals. Website and campaign information helps us understand site use, measure advertising responses and improve our website and marketing. Submitting the contact form also creates a measurement event containing your name, email address, selected service and submission time. Those details are made available to the website’s tag management system.
We use Webflow to operate the website and handle forms, Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand website use and visitor interactions, Google Tag Manager to manage website tags, and Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement. The site also loads Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection and uses Vimeo and Embedly to display video content. These services can receive information when your browser connects to them. Their handling of information is described in their respective privacy policies. Some providers process information outside Canada, including in the United States. External websites linked from our site have their own privacy practices.
The 90-day cookie expiry described above applies to the attribution cookies stored in your browser. Cookie expiry is separate from the retention of enquiries, business correspondence and records held by service providers. For information about the retention of a particular record, or to request its deletion, contact us using the details below.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and review the privacy and advertising controls offered by Google and Meta. Blocking cookies or third-party services may affect some website features and may not prevent every form of information collection. You can also contact us about withdrawing consent to a particular use of your information, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions. Deleting browser cookies does not delete information already submitted to us or received by a service provider.
Contact us to request access to your personal information, ask for a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are subject to applicable law, and we may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy enquiry, or write to NoraVera Visuals LTD., Attention: Privacy enquiries, 319 W Pender St #230, Vancouver, BC V6B 1T3, Canada.
We may update this policy as our website or information practices change. The revision date at the top identifies the latest version.
