Anthem wasn’t just selling units—they were selling a lifestyle. The goal was to show what life could look and feel like at SoCo2: walkable, energetic, community-focused, and connected to transit and the surrounding neighborhood.

We focused the video on a group of young friends exploring SoCo2 and its surroundings. Think authentic connection, movement, and memorable moments—framed in a way that feels spontaneous but polished.

As we prepped, we worked closely with Anthem’s team to fine-tune the story beats and adapt the concept to locations that were actually available. It was a dance between vision and practicality—and it worked.

We referenced high-end lifestyle spots and campaigns with subtle tech-forward flourishes—like floating text messages and clever transition shots—to keep things feeling modern and playful.

Production Highlights

5 Locations. 1 Shoot Day. No Problem.

We covered a lot of ground in one day:

  • A trendy local restaurant
  • The SkyTrain
  • Simon Fraser University
  • Interiors from a similar Anthem development
  • And surrounding neighborhood moments

We shot on an Arri Alexa Mini for that cinematic quality, and ran a five-person crew with a nimble splinter unit that split off mid-day to prep or grab key shots.

What Made It Special

There was this great energy on set—collaborative, upbeat, and efficient. Everyone hustled hard and had fun doing it. Pulling off a day this packed without a hitch? That’s rare. And it showed in the footage.
