The Challenge:

How do you create a marketing vision for a development that isn’t built yet?

We were tasked with creating a marketing vision for a yet-to-be-built community in the Delta area. To highlight the commitment to the original agriculture of the land and the innovative community planning being employed in Century Group’s development, we decided to feature the real people behind the project itself. Working alongside Letterbox agency, we created a detailed concept proposal for the execution of a mini-documentary series as well as a large scale social media rollout. 

The Value:

This ongoing project includes a series of documentary vignettes which outline the stages of production as well as the key marketing elements for this unique agricultural-based community in development.
